Treatment may incorporate a combination of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, manual lymphatic drainage and stretching, as appropriate to your assessment and treatment goals.

Hot Stone Massage combines traditional hands-on massage techniques with the soothing warmth of carefully heated stones to create a relaxing and comforting treatment experience.

During this full-body treatment, heated stones are placed on specific areas of the body in a carefully planned sequence and combined with hands-on massage techniques. Pressure and techniques are adjusted to your individual comfort and preferences.

Whether you're experiencing everyday muscle tension or simply looking for an opportunity to relax and unwind, each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your needs.

Hot Stone Massage — 75 Minutes

$175 + GST

Hot Stone Add-On — $35 + GST

Heated stones are used to provide focused warmth and massage to specific areas of muscle tension or tightness during your Registered Massage Therapy appointment. Unlike the full Hot Stone Massage, the stones are not left resting on the body.

The add-on is available with 60-, 75- and 90-minute RMT appointments and does not extend your booked treatment time.

Therapeutic Facial Massage offers a focused, individualized approach to massage therapy, incorporating gentle and targeted techniques for the muscles and soft tissues of the face, jaw, scalp and neck.

Each treatment is tailored to your comfort, individual needs and treatment goals. Techniques may include gentle soft-tissue massage, myofascial release and other appropriate therapeutic approaches.

The treatment provides an opportunity to address areas of muscle tension while enjoying a calming, restorative experience.
