Please be familiar with the policies!
* There is no reception at the front desk, you are welcome to sit in the waiting area, but please be aware there is a treatment in progress; please use hushed voices and ensure that your cell phone is turned off.
* The clinis is not completely scent-free, but I do ask that you avoid applying heavy perfumes or strongly scented lotions before arriving for your treatment.
* The clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancelation. This will allow enough time to offer the appointment to another patient and/or for you to avoid the 100% cost of treatment fee. Waived or adjusted fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the therapist.
* Please arrive on time for your appointment, a late arrival will result in a shorter treatment time.
* Any patient that does not arrive for their appointment will be charged the full treatment fee. More than 20 minutes late will be considered a no show.
* Elite Health Massage Therapy is oppted out for ICBC and WCB. Which means, you will pay for your treatment up front and then submit directly to ICBC or WCB on your own time.
* Elite Health Massage Therapy does offer direct bill to most extended benifits plans. In some cases primary and secondary plans can be billed. Any balance owed after insurance coverage, is the responsibility of the patient. Elite Health Massage Therapy is not able to directly bill any private insurance plan while there is an open insurance claim with any third-party insurer (ICBC or WCB). Missed appointments or late cancelation fees will be the responsibiolity of the Patient.
* Elite Health Massage Therapy does not direct bill ICBC or WBC.
*Accepted forms of payment include debit, visa, mastercard, amex, e-transfer, gift certificates and cash.
